What is the 70% club?
This is the proportion of the population that has a high chance of suffering at least one episode of debilitating back pain in their life time. The good news is that this is typically benign (not severely damaging) and in the vast majority of conditions can resolve very quickly with the Ridgway Method.
It’s a common to be a member of this club and there is much that you can do to try to get yourself into the 20% club.

What is the 10% club?
This is the proportion of people that have a high risk of suffering more than one debilitating episode of spinal pain and may even go through persistent spinal pain. We recommend you dedicate yourself to good solutions and aim to get yourself into the 20% club.

The great thing about the musculoskeletal system is that it is changeable. Even if there is something that shows on a scan that doesn’t look good; with good Tissue De-loading  physiotherapy techniques, great postural muscle control, and good ‘brain training’ you can be in good shape again. We see these great results time and time again, even after many years of suffering, so don’t give up if you are going through persistent pain.
